With over 77% of Uganda ‘s population being youth under 25 years, the country’s economy solely relies on them as a resource. Given the right guidance and mentorship, development becomes easy.
At CETAFI we increase awareness about available resources and life-changing opportunities surrounding the youth through appreciating the fundamental values of work.
Our training covers the key components of financial literacy focusing on; personal finacial management,Saving,budgting, Investing,credit managment, entrepreneurship and planning for retirement.Such soft skills are foundational in improving and transforming livelihoods.
This involves equipping the population with elementary business management skills regardless of one’s enterprise area of interest. These include; keeping business records, operations management/Human resource, basic accounting, technology, marketing and customer service.
Through a learner-centered approach, we guide each person on the available and market-oriented enterprises.
We commit resources to enterprises which not only guarantee employability, but thrive in a volatile market.
